Registration Information
For classes held at
DAVIS ART CENTER

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
In addition to registration at the Davis Art Center, ALL new students must fill out (parent/legal guardian must sign for children) and give to Yvette a Dynamic Dancing Registration/Waiver Form before their 1st class starts. You may get this form from Yvette at the 1st class meeting OR you may print this form by clicking below:

New Student Registration/Waiver Form

Registration and payments are processed by the Davis Art Center. To register for classes, first obtain a registration form from the Davis Art Center, then complete the registration process by one of the following methods:

In Person: Drop completed and signed registration form and payment at the address below.

By Mail: Send completed and signed registration form and payment to the address below.

By Phone/Fax: Call or fax in your registration to the phone numbers below (Visa and Mastercard accepted).

Online: Call the office to establish an account with a password and then go to http://www.davisartcenter.org to register.

Students who wish to perform in the Student Showcase must register and pay the $25 showcase fee (per dancer per class) when registering for classes.

Please Note:
Non-members of the Davis Art Center, please add $10 to the total.
Please make checks payable to the Davis Art Center.

LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is acceptable week 2. After week 2, please contact Yvette for doing late registration.

MISSED CLASS
Tuitioned students may do one make-up class by taking another class before the session ends. Please contact Yvette to arrange a make-up.
