Registration Information
For classes held in
WOODLAND

Classes are managed by the City of Woodland Parks, Recreation & Community Services.

All classes are held at the new Woodland Community and Senior Center. For directions, click on "Map to the Studio" at the left.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
In addition to registration at the City of Woodland, ALL new students must fill out (parent/legal guardian must sign for children) and give to Yvette a Dynamic Dancing Registration/Waiver Form before their 1st class starts. You may get this form from Yvette at the 1st class meeting OR you may print this form by clicking below:

Registration and payments are processed by the City of Woodland. To register for classes, first obtain a registration form from the City of Woodland, then complete the registration process by one of the following:

Drop Off: Drop completed and signed registration form and payment at the address below.

By Mail: Send completed and signed registration form and payment to the address below.

By Phone/Fax: Call or fax in your registration to the phone numbers below (Visa and Mastercard accepted).

Tuition:	45 minute class	$ 8.00	$ 9.60
	1 hour class	$ 9.00	$10.80
	1.25 hour class	$ 9.50	$11.40
	1.5 hour class	$ 10.00	$12.00

Students who wish to perform in the Student Showcase must register and pay the $25 showcase fee (per dancer per class) when registering for classes.

LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is acceptable week 2. After week 2, please contact Yvette for doing late registration.

MISSED CLASS
Students may do 1 make-up class by taking another class before the session ends. Please contact Yvette to arrange a make-up.
